I want to help! In 10 sessions, we will seek to develop a comprehensive plan for your spiritual formation and ministry and also seek to understand your gifting and calling.

Defined Ministry Philosophy
Your ministry philosophy will be what drives you through the challenges of ministry. In these sessions, we will discuss what you believe, your ministry context, and what God has called you to in your life and ministry.
Develop a Rule of Life
Your ministry will not be able to outpace your life with God. At the beginning of each session, we will discuss a practice to implement in your work and life so that you draw near to the Lord.
Connection with Peers
By being in this group, you will join a group of peers who are doing student ministry so that you can chat with them throughout the year. We will also identify two specific areas you feel least confident in, and we will connect with expert leaders in that area for you to connect with to learn from.
A Written 12-Month Ministry Plan
The plan for these 10 sessions is for you to walk a. We will define the high-level things like mission and values and develop your 12-month calendar and budget. The hope is to provide deliverables that you can hand to your volunteers and staff.
